Daniel specializes in criminal law and in white collar crime in particular. He represents clients in complex corruption cases, in front of the National Anticorruption Directorate and in front of criminal courts.

Daniel has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Craiova in 2002 and is a member of the Teleorman Bar Association since 2005.

Highlights of Daniel’s activity include:

• representing a former secretary of state in a case involving corruption related to the construction of a railway line;
• representing the main shareholder of a company in the agricultural machinery industry in a case concerning accusations of intra-European VAT fraud;
• representing a former County Council President in a case concerning accusations of abuse of office in the transfer of an island from the authority of the central government to the local authority;
• representing an international construction group in a case involving European funds fraud.
