Roxana Onuța is an of counsel of the firm and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2010. Her practice focuses primarily on employment law, with additional experience in corporate and commercial matters, data protection and civil law.

She advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including day-to-day employment matters, drafting and revising employment documentation, internal policies, restructurings, and employment-related aspects of business acquisitions and reorganizations. Her work also includes assisting individuals in protecting and enforcing their employment rights.

Having developed her entire legal career in business-oriented legal practice, Roxana brings a practical and commercially aware perspective to her work, focusing on solutions that are both legally sound and adapted to clients’ operational needs.
